We are Fusion Impact.
This is our story
The roots of Fusion Impact are a company-internal marketing team from Germany. We figured that we’re doing a great job so why limit ourselves to one project? That’s when the idea of Fusion Impact was born.
But what do we do? Marketing? Just like any other of the 1000+ agencies? No! With a strong foundation in developing businesses, we know the challenges that specially (but not only) small businesses face. Therefore, we go beyond just marketing - We are a brand agency, providing everything from analytical insights and developing tailored strategies to crafting a design with a message, character and emotion, to translating that into a stunning online representation.
Developing our company, we quickly got to know that there are a lot of fresh founders and startup companies on the market that run the ‘learning by doing’ approach - which sure is a great one but also comes along with a hand full of mistakes, hurdles and over-complicated processes. Therefore, we started creating our 9 Minute Startup podcast, giving real-life examples, best practices and lessons we learned to enable others to a smoother process.
And with everything we do: We never do it again! All our designs are unique and tailored to each client’s mission, message, and brand personality.
How we work
The first step of our process is to get to know you - because you are your companies first client. If it’s not appealing to you, nobody will like it. We take the time and find out what clients love about you, how you act, react and behave, how you communicate and present yourself.
These characteristics will become your unique brand personality!
Afterwards, we go over to analyzing your surrounding - what market are you in, what clients do you cater to? We look to your competitors and what separates you from them.
Step 3 is where the magic happens. We are going to lock ourselves in with a huge amount of coffee and we start to craft a unique brand identity (or whatever you want us to craft) that communicates your values, your vision, and your message. From corporate colors, to typefaces, wordings, shapes, dots and pixels, we create a harmonious blend that truly represents your brand.
Time to meet again - After our first drafts, we are going to sit together with you. You’ll get the red pen and scratch everything you don’t like. Don’t be polite, constructive criticism is necessary to meet overshoot your expectations.
Done! We work out the final project files and you are ready to go - until we meet again.
